I had a similar experience with Banana Republic online customer service. I e-mailed them asking about the lack of Ryan fit petite pants (the only one of their pant fits that works for me) and the customer service representative sent me a link to the REGULAR size Ryan fit pants, in size 00. I wrote back describing the different (and importance!) between petite and regular fit pants, and I got a reply with links to more regular size pants!
